Privacy policy

At sajucoreano we handle your data with the minimum necessary. Here we explain in plain language what information is used, why, and what choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

The site sajucoreano.com and its services are operated by sajucoreano. For any privacy question, write to info@koreanasaju.com.

2. What data we handle

These are the data that may exist on the site and what we do with each:

• Birth data (date, time, city, gender and optional name) that you enter in the calculators: it is processed in your own browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers. The only exception is a paid purchase (see section 3).
• Email address, only if you leave it voluntarily to unlock readings or receive news. It is stored through the forms service of our hosting provider (Netlify) together with the origin of the form (for example, “carta” or “compat”).
• Unlock clicks: if you unlock readings by following us on a social network, we record which network you used, with no personal data.
• Data stored in your browser (local storage): a counter of free readings, an unlock flag and your cookie choice. They exist only on your device and you can delete them at any time.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 with “consent mode”. If you accept cookies, visits and clicks are measured in aggregate. If you decline or do not respond, only anonymous measurements without cookies or identifiers are sent. According to Google, GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
• Technical server logs (IP address, browser, date) generated by our hosting for security and operation.

3. Paid purchases

Paid services (planned from December 1, 2026) are processed with Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. To prepare your report, we send to Stripe together with the order the data you entered in the calculator (birth date and time, gender and name if you wrote one), which stays associated with your order. Stripe handles your data according to its own privacy policy.

4. What we use the data for

• To offer you the calculators and readings.
• To deliver the reports you buy and manage payments, refunds and inquiries.
• To measure and improve the site in aggregate.
• To send you communications only if you gave us your email for that; you can ask to unsubscribe at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. We share what is necessary with providers who serve us:

• Netlify: site hosting and forms.
• Stripe: payments.
• Google: analytics (Google Analytics) and fonts (Google Fonts, which receive the browser’s IP address when loading).
• YouTube: if you play an embedded video. We use the enhanced privacy mode and the video does not load until you click.
• Social networks and WhatsApp: if you click their links you leave our site and their own policies apply. Our WhatsApp channel is broadcast-only: when you follow it, we do not see your phone number or personal data.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use analytics cookies only with your acceptance. You can change your decision by clearing the site’s data in your browser, which will make us ask you again.

7. How long we keep data

• Email address: until you ask for its deletion.
• Order data: as long as legal and accounting obligations require, and for handling refunds.
• Analytics: according to the period configured in Google Analytics.
• Birth data in the free calculators: we do not keep it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@koreanasaju.com. We will reply within a reasonable time and at most within 30 days. If you live in California or another region with specific rights, you can also exercise them this way. We do not sell or share personal data for behavioral advertising.

9. Minors

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Security and international transfers

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We apply reasonable security measures, although no system is infallible.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update it, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
